Our QC team answers all the questions that have arrived during the inspection process and ultrasonic flaw detector was employed to examine the welding seam. In the process, sound waves are simply organized mechanical vibrations traveling through a medium, which may be a solid, a liquid, or a gas. These waves will travel through a given medium at a specific speed in a predictable direction, and when they encounter a boundary with a different medium they will be reflected and transmitted according to simple rules. Using MUT, our teams provide a clear picture of the flawless welding process. 

Our team also discusses the packing & loading, and how we would organize the asymmetrical tower base into the best manageable pieces to maximum the use of the shipping containers and to minimum the shipping cost for the clients.  

At the end, a site visits are followed up with detailed reports and clients are satisfied with the substation steel structure prototype tower that is presented and we are ready to proceed to the mass production.
